Gaspeite Frame Necklace

Rare Gaspeite, from a mine that has since been mined out, prized for its exquisite bright green color. Here a rectangle of it is set in sterling silver at the base of a richly textured sterling pendant. Above, a hand-stamped copper frame opens a window onto a small gold star, flanked by rows of gold stardust. Hangs from a delicate double chain of sterling silver and gold fill.

Size: The chain is adjustable from 16" to 19". The pendant measures 1 3/8" x 3/4".

Materials: Sterling silver, 18K and 14K gold, copper, gold fill and Gaspeite.
