These earrings are all on posts. This is  great for stability and  coverage of the earlobe. They are all sterling  with a variety of stones and metals including 18K/14K gold, copper and bronzes. Shown here in Sunstone ,the earrings measure just under 1/2” square and the average length is approximately two inches.They can be made to any length desired as the dangles vary and can be customized.
